The innovations in customer service have made the customers to come back and shop again which appeared to be of great benefit. Whereas the idea of real world guided selling helped the businesses to be able to educate the customers about their products and services, while providing them a decision making support. The innovative idea of social shopping and user interface design also created a mark on the ecommerce business because it allowed the users to shop online and share information. Moreover, the customers or users can modify the products according to their requirements; again the businesses have taken great benefit out of this innovation. However, in my view innovations bring competitiveness and there is always some space for innovative ideas to take place. But will there be any further innovations in ecommerce? Is innovation a challenge for ecommerce? Is it still necessary to bring innovations in this sector where there is already stuffing of new ideas, techniques and methods?
